What are all the cobwebs on my ivy houseplant? It's like the leaves are kind of curling and theres fine webby stuff on the underside of the leaves?

I think you have spider mites. They make sticky web like stuff on plants. You should try to get them under control quickly or throw out the plants. Here's a site about them:
