    Please help identify

PLEASE DISREGARD, CANNOT DOWNLOAD PIC, SORRY

I live in zone 5 Southeastern Ontario and have a unknown plant in my yard.  Looks like a vine propagated by root as there is one on the edge of the property where an ex-neighbor used to have an English garden.  There is another bunch a foot away with three plants.Any idea?

    thank you in advance

Looks like you might have had trouble uploading the photo. Just go here: http://www.iheartgardening.com/Encyclopedia/Identify.aspx and upload it to the gadget. I will put the plant up straight away!

    Regards - Patrick

    Hi Sherryl

Fort Erie (did I say northeast on my post?  oops) Technically I am zone 5B but the backyard seems to think its zone 7!!  I already have 2 foot tall roses and the lianthus doesnt believe spring should come between it and summer!  Trying a few different things this year, like cotton, loofah, bamboo, and sugar cane.  To be honest, they look better as seedlings than my tomatos do right now!  Especially the loofah, I think I see flower buds already!

    ysmizzy,

I hear you. I have flowers that don't seem to know the difference either. That's quite alright by me. I have waited forever. This winter was long and it sucked. I have flowers ready to bloom a little ahead of time. It's been nice enough though that I have already been able to plant some perennials. Now just waiting a little while longer to get some annuals in. I hope you were able to get your photo uploaded. I'm really interested in seeing what it is and how long it takes to identify it. It's a lot of fun trying to figure out what these plants are. I sent a lot of photos in (if you haven't noticed) that I have found. Patrick wants photos from peoples own gardens and I can't wait to see them as well. I told him to just use them as fillers if he needed to. Now that summers coming hopefully he won't need to use them for a while. I am a learning gardener and enjoy this site very much. You'll see me throwing out my thoughts as often as possible. You should also check out the gardens tab. If you tell Patrick where you're from and send him a few pictures he'll post them on the world map. I'll be doing that very shortly I hope. While you're there if you click near Seattle you'll see his photos. It's really quite cool. Anyways kept you long enough. Looking forward to seeing you around the site and anytime you want to chat just send me a message.

    Thumbs Up

    Sherryl
