This weekend I went to a local nursery (I was the only one there in the rain
) and asked about Fall/Winer options. Now I know some of our fellow gardners out in Michigan will laugh, but here we can keep Pansies and Calibrachoas going all through the Winter as long as it doesn't get too cold. In fact the only things on the racks of Annuals with color were Pansies. So I bought a couple and threw them in a basket with some blue oat grass I think.
For gardeners with REAL Winters, I think you'd better move your activites to houseplants! I would really enjoy hearing from some gardeners in cold climates and hear what they do. I'm originally from Texas so I don't know Winters!
