Again, this is a commercially sold cut flower (also a climbing gargen plant, specified as a lily, it is also considered tropical and grows in milder zones).......its called a Gloriousa Lily, this one may be red flame. I know this one for sure, no doubt at all.

It is a gloriosa lily and it starts from a tuber. It grows on a long spinly stem that gets about 3 feet long or so. It grows well in full or partial sun.
