Well that didn't take long. Boy I put some real challenging ones out there didn't I? :) By the way the name Birdfoot trfoil comes from the fruit. If you can find a picture of it, you'll find it looks just like a bird's foot. Cool eh? Thanks.

I just googl imaged these words
"basal leaves small yellow flowers pea"
and it came right up
is that cheating?

Not at all. That's how I get a lot of my information.

Added this gadget last week and am enjoying the fun...
seems like it would help if the poster could add a little more information along with photo----is this considered cheating?

No such thing as cheating if you can identify the plant/flower. If you think this is fun, you should go to the gardens tab. You'll see photos of a few of our gardens on the world map. It's really a cool idea. You should think of sending some photos of your own. This way we can see your garden and learn where in the world you live. You don't have to be specific. Just a general idea is good. I check this page just about every day to see if there are any new friends in the world and what their gardens are like!
