Looks like wild mtn asters. Very prolific, and flower petals with lavender hue

I always thought it looked like one too. I even thought of pulling it up. Where's your neck of the woods Reynold? Now I'm all confused about what I should do! :(

Illinois.........if ya dont........when they reseed they will be everywhere.......they grow in the ditches and fields around here......
