I couldn't find the second pic? The leaves look kind of like an Anacua tree...

Pictures a bit blurry but, from what I can tell, I agree. The bark of the tree is also similar. I'm thinking Ehretia Anacua?

this is the second pic of the persimmon tree i wanted you to see the bark, so i looked up the sandpaper tree (Ehretia Anacua) and it is nothing like this tree.
