We love mint too!  (Just remember to always keep it in a container because it spreads like crazy...) I'm a big tea drinker but I've never tried using my own mint leaves.  Do you brew them fresh or dry them first? Deb  

Chocolate mint is so wonderful. I have spearmint, peppermint and chocolate mint. I also hear that pineapple mint is fantastic!
